Coach Sean McGinley brings over 20 years of elite coaching experience to the North Carolina Aquatic Club (NCAC). His coaching journey began during his freshman year at Villanova University, sparked by the encouragement of his own mentors.

Before joining the NCAC staff in 2014, Sean honed his craft at the Plymouth Whitemarsh Aquatic Club. Throughout two decades on the deck, he has developed a reputation for technical excellence and high-level results. His resume includes:

An avid proponent of physical fitness, Sean is a dedicated strength trainer and former bodybuilding competitor. He uses this background to instill a sense of grit and athletic integrity in every swimmer he mentors.
